Translator
Say it your way — they understand.
Type, take a photo or hold to talk, and Tuoling translates and reads the result aloud. Chinese, English, Russian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Tajik, in any direction.
The demo uses fixed, checked translations. In the app, anything you say is translated live.
Exchange rates
Know the numbers before you change money.
Yuan, dollars, som, tenge, Kyrgyz som and somoni, converted in one tap and updated every minute. These are live numbers: change the amount.
Reference rates. Banks and exchange offices may differ slightly.
Local
Your region’s news, not everyone’s.
Posts, jobs, housing and items, filtered by country and region, so you don’t scroll through hundreds of messages. Job ads only appear after review.

For business
Run a business? Let customers find you.
Hotels, food delivery and entertainment venues can open a page on Tuoling with prices, opening hours and a menu. Customers call, message on Telegram or get directions in one tap.
- In the app, open “Me → For business”.
- Fill in your details and upload your business licence.
- Once approved, your place appears in its section on the home screen.
Only reviewers can see your licence. It is never made public.
Install in three steps
The installer comes straight from this website, not from an app store.
- Tap “Download for Android”. The file is about 15–20 MB.
- When your phone asks whether to allow installing unknown apps, choose “Allow”.
- Open Tuoling and sign in with Telegram or a Chinese phone number.
Scan with your phone
Step 2 is where people get stuck: when the phone asks, just allow it.

Chinese, English, Russian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz and Tajik, between any two. Read-aloud isn’t available in Kyrgyz and Tajik yet.
Can I sign up with a local number?
For now you can sign in with Telegram or a Chinese phone number. Numbers from the four Central Asian countries are being added.
How accurate are the rates?
They are international reference rates, updated every minute. Banks and exchange offices may differ slightly, so check at the counter.
Will it run on an older phone?
It needs Android 7.0 or later.
Where is my data stored?
Tuoling’s servers are in Frankfurt, Germany. What we collect, who processes it and how to delete it are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to “Me → Settings → Account & security → Delete account”. There is a 15-day cooling-off period; signing in again cancels it. After that your account and personal data are deleted.
